Pictons was founded in 1967 and since then has expanded thanks to a combination of organic growth, mergers and acquisitions.
The practice is now a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and has 13 partners, all of whom are members of the LLP.
An LLP combines some elements of a limited company with some elements of a partnership and is perceived as a more modern way, for professional services firms, to conduct their business.
