If you are buying a new business, we can help.

We provide support to our Corporate department in the due diligence process surrounding the purchase of your new business.

We will look for any areas of concern in relation to existing employees in the new business, and also advise you where the requirements under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) apply.

If due diligence finds potential problems with employees, we will identify the risks and look for ways to resolve the issues. This means that you’ll know what the impact on your existing business is likely to be.
