Pictons is launching an HR Club for business owners, managers and HR professionals.
Pictons HR Club will deliver a range of events on employment topics, meetings with experts and a forum to exchange ideas and share best practice with like-minded professionals.
Pictons feel that, with the continuing onslaught of changes in employment legislation, businesses need access to more support and training. Pictons HR Club is being launched to provide just that and without the need to travel into central London. We aim to provide a cost effective solution to HR training needs and an opportunity for like minded professionals to network, meet experts and have access to the very latest information on employment law and HR related issues.
The first event is Age is Just A Number. Experts from Pictons, Later Life and Richmond House Financial Services will share information on how organisations can become more age positive. Presentations will cover the legal aspect and what employers need to do now to ensure compliance, flexible financial benefits and the increasing importance of pre-retirement support.
