Pictons, have extended our community sponsorship this year by giving our support to the youth team of 15-year-olds at Crawley Green Football Club in Luton.
We also sponsor Luton Town Football Club and last year supported The Hatters Cup, the biggest youth football tournament in the UK. In addition to our sponsorship of Crawley Green Football Club, we have initiated a Penalty Kings Schools Challenge, in aid of the 21st anniversary of Keech Hospice, where pupils and teachers will compete in penalty shoot outs to become champion penalty takers and fund raisers.
Sukh Saini, joint Managing Partner says, “I think sport, and especially football, is great way for us to reach out and support the local community in Luton. We were so impressed by the teams taking part in the Hatters Cup last year that we decided to go one step further and give our support to Crawley Green Football Club, an outstanding local team.”
Luton Town Football Club’s legendary former player Kingsley Black, who helps to train the Crawley Green team says “We’d like to say a hearty thank you to companies like Pictons, which give support to our club. Our youth team players and their parents really appreciate the generosity of Pictons and so far, in this football season, we have an unbeaten record. It’s so exciting for us and our sponsors that the team is doing so well and long may it continue!.”
