• Advised a food consultancy business in a major commercial arrangement with Threshers to research and develop a range of healthy hot snacks for the Threshers brand
• Helped an ambitious young business in securing an investment from a dragons den-style business angel, including drafting and concluding a shareholders agreement
• Assisted shareholders in a company dispute, involving valuable intellectual property rights and patents in the fashion accessory industry
• Advised various property investment businesses in incorporating and structuring limited liability partnerships, in order to purchase UK and overseas property investments
