We advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

We assist with the important day to day issues such as equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absenteeism and can advise your human resources department directly within your workplace.

We also have a specialist Employment Litigation Unit to deal with Tribunal cases (including the handling of negotiations with ACAS).
