Referral

At the heart of the scheme is a referral network, aimed at complementing the services Member Firms offer to their clients, safe in the knowledge that there is a non-poaching agreement in place.

The flexibility of the support allows us to either assist the Member Firms in leading the case, or accepting the case ourselves if the Member Firm chooses not to deal with it because it is

• outside the firm’s speciality
• beyond the firms capacity
• raises issues of conflict
• beyond the firm’s Professional Indemnity cover

Connect2Law gives clients of Member Firms access to all the specialist departments of a major regional law firm and those of the many firms that are part of the Scheme, through their local, trusted law firm.
